Ok, Here's the deal i've recently bought a GTX 460 Cyclone 768 MB GD5 and im not using it because my current psu is not wnough ( 12 A on 12 V ) and im geting a new psu for 20 Euros which is like 20 dollars and it will have:

38 A on 12 V
450 w
one or two PCI-e 6 pin cables if i get only one cable it won't be a problem because i have 2 4-pin to 6-pin adapters so my questions are

-will 450 watt be enough
-will 38 A be enough
-can i use that adapter insted of buying a new better psu with 2 6-pins

Here are my specs :

CPU:AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7 Ghz
GPU:MSI GTX 460 Cyclone 768 GB GD5
MOBO:ASUS M2N68-AM SE2
RAM:1 stick of 2 GB DDR2
One Optical Drive
Fans:2 case fans + one CPU Fan
HDD:Caviar Blue 500 GB
