So, I have no clue when it comes to motherboards, about power phase or any of that stuff so simple, clear help would b great. I am hoping to build my pc but I dont know what moterboard I need to be able to overclock the 8320.Now, to be clear, I don't want a 4.5ghz overclock but to push it up to 4.0ghz would do me fine. I was thinking of getting the m5a97 motherboard:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/M5A97-R2-0-Motherboard-PCI-Express-Flashback/dp/B008RPYB0U/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1382511728&sr=1-1&keywords=m5a97#productDetails

but someone said I simply cant overclock at all wit this motherboard. Remember that I really have a tight budget, so the cheapest one that will support the 8320 to push up to 4.0ghz would be great.
The rest of my specs:
8gb ram
7950 3gb gpu
600w psu
1tb hard drive
fx8320 cpu
motherboard?-???

the cpu has a good preformace with out overcocking.
you can overclock with this motherboard and you might be able to reach 4.5 ghz.
although you wont have a lot of benefit from it and yo will need something to cool it down.
wich will lead you spending more on a liquid cooler and a better power suply.
if your on a budget better leave i as it is.

Things you'll need:
A good PSU that can supply necessary Power.
A killer cooler for cooling down that Hot as hell CPU
A good motherboard, which supports better overclocking features, and I think the one you have is decent
And...A strong heart which can forget about the bucks spent on the CPU,just in case the overclocking fails and fries the CPU...LOL :D

What cooler would you recommend? ALso, do i need to overclock it to make sure it doesn't bottleneck a 7950 3gb gpu? Or should I just go back down to a 6350 which is a 6 core 3.9ghz processor. I am intending to run bf4 on high settings btw

Well,Id recommend getting a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO...And the CPU,stay with the 8320.I'd say both the CPUs are good for the 7950 and wouldn't bottleneck it. Though,if you wish, you could always overclock it to make it better, the CPU.If you're just gaming, the 6350 will be enough. If you multitask a lot, then the 8320 would probably be better option.Since you already have the 8320,don't go down for the 6350.You've got something good enough already.
