hi there.
I have following rig:
Intel C2D E6600 2.4GHz
ASUS P5KPL AM/PS
Coolermaster 500W

Now, issue was with suddenly my pc stops starting. I had issue same issue before but one of my friend put a paper clip on CPU Hatch.
Same happened with my motherboard XFX 650iUltra which I sent to repair. But this issue is happening suddenly.

Really don't know is this issue coming from computer cases' cables might get short circuit(Front Panel cables) or CPU is not good or Powersupply has this issue.

Used 2 Motherboards and same issue is occurring to both motherboard.
Please let me know, where could be this problem.
Thanks & Regards,
Dave

I already told you about the PSU.So now,I wonder how you tested and made sure your PSU was in good condition.Did you replace your PSU with some other, just like I suggested? Or..Say,did you try your PSU on one of your friends' PC?

It can be some short circuit. Check out your case and see if any.Or it could be that your PSU is faulty and is unable to supply the power required.Try another PSU on the PC. Another thing is,maybe your RAM has some trouble, and that stops the system from starting up,with either of the motherboards. So,see if it works with another RAM as well.

Dave first thing to see is the power supply if it is working.
first disconect everything from the pc.take a parer clip and conct the green with a black wire.this will turn the power supply on.you should see the fan spining if it is not spining conect a fan from the pc to determine the psu is working.fan might be defect in psu.
if it is working than conect it again in your system only motherboard cpu gpu no front panel conections nly the poewer buton if it fires on and works start conecting when closed until you find what is causing it not to turn on.

Hey danni.
I took all compinents out of the case. Connected them all. Still it was not started.

I tried all RAM slots using different different RAM sticks.

Hence I think there is no issue in RAM.
Im checking about this more and will let you know.

Thanks.
Dave.

Hey john, thanks.

I tried checking PSU, it is working fine.
But after that, I connected psu ,mobo and cpu. All other connections are closed. But still it is not booting.
No beep.no dissplay.
Only green led on mainboard.

Still not reached to conclusion.
:(
Thanks.
Dave.
