In general I like high resolution, but (hate to say it) again it comes down to the individual, I seldom use my laptop unless I'm headed somewhere for overnight or longer, I usually have it sitting at a desk attached to a regular monitor, keyboard and mouse, in case someone needs a rig to use, but in general, I myself don't need the very high resolution on a laptop, but...I don't use them for a lot....know it's not all that helpful, but I try and be honest

thanks for the input!!!The Only thing about the Lenovo is the resolution. The lenovo has FHD resolution.Where as Asus have HD resolution.Lenovo have only one hard drive bay inside and we can't add another hard drive in lenovo.where as in asus 2 hard drive bay's are available and also i liked their asus design.so what do you think which one should i go?is there a huge difference between the 1920x1080p vs1600x900P resolutions? thanks

And Also Asus have Ice-Cool Technology i really like that...on the down side the lenovo we can't upgrade the hard drive further. for a 17.3 inch laptop there is no second hard drive bay it's kinda annoying for me!!!!when comes to looks Asus design is great with concentric circle finish on the closing that is great.4700HQ vs 4700MQ.i see that 4700HQ performs some what better than 4700MQ.Asus come with 4700HQ.i think for a laptop 1600X900P is Better.i think it will have more frame rates than 1920X1080.And Asus Is always Better than Lenovo Ideapad's.And their Quality is Great.
