Hello to all,
I have just one quick question for the experts!

I have option for 1 x (256 GB SSD or 512 GB SSD), and 1 x Sata HDD

I need suggestion for the O/S installation :-
(a) Shall I install the O/S and FSX (both) on the SSD - will this make any difference on performance OR
(b) I can install only FSX and related add files on SSD and the O/S can go on the 1TB Sata ?

Shall I go for 256 or 512 GB SSD ? Is it worth the extra space?

Your input will be highly appreciated.

regards

Get the largest SSD you can afford. Install Windows and your programs and games on the SSD. Use the mechanical drive for storage and backups.

I have had a 120GB SSD for 3 years now. I am about to upgrade to a ~500GB model. 256GB is still a good size but some games can be 40GB and you need to leave 20% of an SSD as free space for TRIM to work correctly.
