For the past week or so, I've received the following error. I'm usually quite constant when it comes to updating drivers, but I ran a SlimDriver Free and a Update Windows scan and nothing was out of date. I re-installed my network drivers and my graphics drivers just to be sure, but it worked for a few days and it still was an issue. I've looked about online and I can't figure this out. This is my main computer and it's a major pain when it just drops out like this.

I'm running out of ideas of what the problem could be and I want to be sure I've exhausted all options before I start looking at hardware. Any help would be super appreciated.
DxDiag here.

have you tried the "wiggle" test? pinch the middle of a stick while memtest is running and wiggle it a little, if affected, memtest will freeze or throw symbols all over the screen. If this happens consistently with a particular stick, regardless of slot, it would indicate a bad stick (which may pass all ram tests for whatever reason)

I had run that earlier with no problem. I'm running it again now and will report back once it's done.

Actually the issue turns out the BSOD was being caused by Networx. See here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/blue-screen-of-death-locale-id-1033/01d77f17-af29-44c5-81a3-5ea179af4acc
I removed Networx, restarted and then not a single problem.
Thanks for all your help! I really appreciate it.
