Windows 7 BSOD ntoskrnl.exe

Hi Toms Hardware.
I have this problem with my computer that it randomly shuts down, which looks like a frozen screen, and afterwards bluescreen and restart.

I've been testing all the hardware from top to toe, and so have my local computerstore. And that includes everything about ram, PSU, GPU and what so ever. But they tell me that It could be a software / driver problem.

I've tried reinstalling windows 7, and be easy on what I download of drivers. But the issue is still popping up..

From "WhoCrashed" I get these errors:

This is happening really randomly, and serval times a day..

I used another program called "Bluescreen View"

That program is popping up with some dmp file.

The error is "ntoskrnl.exe" and have been that one most of the times.
Here the bug code is ( 0x000000f4) and says CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION.
