Hello again!

I have an AMD 8120 with the stock cooler and when I OC I am having horrible stability problems as I have heard other 8120 owners have had. I can OC and run fine, until I shut off my PC, then when I start it back up everything in my PC turns on, I can feel the HDD spin, all case fans fire up, GPU, CPU fan, etc. But no image appears on the screen. I then have to take the CMOS and reset the to default settings in BIOS. I am running an Asrock 970 extreme 3 mobo and a 650W PSU. I have no clue what is happening.

Im not super savvy with what voltages to set at so I am simply running manual OC move and going from 3.1GHz to 3.6 to give a slight boost. As far as I remember (because it has been a few weeks) the temps were pretty normal, although recently on stock clock I have been hitting 65c on a regular basis while at 50% load -_- I know not good. I have been thinking about getting the 212 Evo and at the same time looking to upgrade to the 8350. I don't know if you are familiar with the 970 BIOS but is a UEFI BIOS

I didn't seem to have cooling problems before, this has just happened lately. But I believe I am getting a 212 Evo and I want to get ready to OC by getting as much info as possible.
