hi all.. so i have a 370w gigabyte psu and i have i7 3770 with a z77m-d3h mobo. the psu only has 4 pins for connecting to the mobo and the mobo has 8 pins.. currently im using just the 4 pins and the pc seems to be running well. should i look at getting another psu or will the 4 pins be sufficient..
NB: this pc is just used for emails, browsing the net and typing documents.. basically its my sisters pc for school work.. no gpu just 1 hdd 1 dvd rom n 8gb ram

That's fine. You would need the 8 pin if you were going to OC.

Apart from Gigabyte PSU's not being the best it is plenty big so it is fine.

Like rolli said it should run with just 4 pins plugged into the 8 pin socket.
