msi mpower z77 is only running with one ram module

this summer i bought a pc with the msi mpower z77 an i5-3570K and 8gb 2 module kit with 1600mhz
as i was trying to run the system it rebooted without even showing anything on the screen.
but if you only take 1 modile out of th ekit, the system runs perfectly.
please help

The socket pins should reflect the light in a uniform pattern. Look for discontinuities in the reflections. If you see any look closely for bent pins. If there are any bent the MB will have to be repaired or replaced.

Check your CPU socket for bent pins. Classic symptoms.
