480$ without HDD, DVD-Rw and Case (these things i already have)

At first i wanted build 600$ pc but that means i have to wait until end of the 2014 summer.

But my budget is 480$ its small because i am not rich.

Your 7750 is at the low end of a gaming graphics card. It is about a $80 card.
For gaming, the graphics card is more important than the cpu.
My rule of thumb is to budget 2x the cost of the cpu for the graphics card.
If your combined budget for both is $150, spend $60 on a G1630 cpu, and $90 on a 7750.
If your budget is $300, spend $120 on a i3-3240 and $200 on a GTX660 class card.
You get the idea.

Looks good but can these parts run newer games like bf4, assassin's creed 4, Watch dogs, gta 5 (if it comes pc) and what settings they could run.
