Hello community. Here is the problem. Each time i start my pc, i hear a lasting sound and not the "normal" boot sound, and pc seems to work but the monitor goes on sleep mode BUT if i restart it,i hear the "normal" boot sound and the monitor works properly...!!! I tried to change monitors but nothing changed.I have the following notice while trying to configure it out...i used to play NBA 2K13 normally without any problem with graphics until this problem came out.Now the performance of NBA grapchis is dramaticaly affected and looks like "lag" or something...I saw some threads about power supply problems and some others about graphic card problems.I cant understand how monitor works properly after the restart and not before, if its supply problem, AND how can graphic card work properly on the game before that problem and not working properly now...I also check all 4 cores temperature and its maximum 60 Celsium which is normal...Please help me if u can, i am about to throw it from the balcony.

It's either the video card or the power supply, not all computer issues are there all the time, they are tricky that way at times. You can also check the motherboard, if you have issues with the capacitors it can cause intermittent boot and system issues.

Seeing how you have an older video card with a fairly good CPU, you should be safe with getting a cheap replacement video card, a Radeon 7750 or a nVidia 550 ti should be good.
