Hello.
In the end I see that the point is:
ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO vs ASRock Z87 Extreme6/ac
As you can see too the asrock extreme 6 has some problems with the performance. Also asus hero has better sound chip.
I don't know if Asrock fixed the problems but if things are the same as the review at Techpowerup, I would go with Asus Hero.

the extreme bundle is cheaper for me in dollars that would be $30, if i take the hero i have to leave the ssd, so its the extreme with ssd or the hero without ssd
i did my research on both boards and i prefer asus, even the pro is good, is it worth taking the ssd rather than taking the hero?

Like enemy1g said 60GB SSD (or any primary drive) is not acceptable these days.
At my Primary without placing any game in it, I use 59GB of my 150GB partition. Not to mention that SSDs need half of their capacity to be free in order to achieve their maximum performance.
Either go for 120+GB or dont take SSD at all...

where im buying the price difference between the hero and the extreme 6 is about $100 is the hero worth that much more money?
in rands the hero is R3450 = +- $350, asrock extreme6 = R240 =+- $250
my rig totals at around +-$800
south african currency is worth nothing...
