Solution
Right so...

Whats your budget?

Assessment / suggestions so far.

1. That RAM is overpriced and pointless. You can save A LOT there.
2. You do not want to be using a 5900rpm drive for your system, at that budget you need to be looking something with faster access times.
3. Added a cheaper version of that HD7970.
4. A 750W PSU is crazy high unless you plan on going dual GPU setup. otherwise a 550W is more than enough.
5. Crappy choice in SSD, uses old and unreliable NAND flash.
6. Added a larger quieter version with larger fans and radiator than the H100 that is not much more but quite a bit better. You MAY want to get better fans for it though.

Right so here is my suggestion : The stuff you need can still be added.

PCPartPicker part...
1. You need 32GB of RAM?
2. A single 4TB of HDD sounds good on paper, but in practical use, it's really not great. It takes forever to back up, forever to partition, forever to format, etc. I would rather have a few smaller drives. I am assuming you'll do some back up. Or else, if that 4TB dies, you lose near 4TB of data.
3. The HD 7970 is a good card and does come with AMD Never Settle Gold.
