PSU Big Fan Facing Up Into the Case, Or Down To Floor?

Hi everyone,

I am having a really tough time trying to figure out which way to mount my PSU. Up until now, I've had it facing up into the case but I have noticed I need more cable length for reaching different areas of the motherboard. If I flip the PSU over (fan facing bottom of case) the cables will easily be long enough for routing my rig. My case does not have any bottom filters or anything of the like. The PSU just simply sits on the bottom with very very minimal space due to rubber spacers. If I mount the fan of the PSU down, will this restrict air flow, or will it help it, or will it not even matter?

This is my PSU:

Thanks for all replies!

Solution
If your case doesn't have a grill on the bottom for fresh air intake, I wouldn't face it down. Better for it to face up and have more air to pull from than face down with almost no air flow.
