Well you could do that, but the game pad is not really something that's required to get a good gaming experience. For the most part you'll be using the mouse and keyboard. A good keyboard is recommended but if you're going that route, if you're paying over ₹ 4600 (USD $75) for a keyboard, buy mechanical or don't buy at all. Monitor's mostly a preference thing, I get that, so if you want to pay more for a good one that is fine.

On that kind of budget I personally wouldn't bother with AMD. Go Intel, you will not be disappointed since games generally favor Intel. There's no need to buy tons of useless peripherals and tin can speakers either since the ones built into your monitor will be better than any $25 speakers you can buy. When you buy a system get what's in the tower first - that's the most important, then everything else comes second.

This is what I would suggest:

Case: Corsair 300R - ₹ 5255
PSU: Seasonic S12 II 620W - ₹ 5620
Motherboard: Asrock Z87 Extreme 4 - ₹ 13200
Cooler: CpCooler Master Hyper 212 Evo - ₹ 2865
CPU: 3.4GHz Intel Core i5-4670K - ₹ 16540
RAM: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaw X DDR3 1600MHz 1.5V - ₹ 7485
HD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue - ₹ 4265
SSD: 120 GB Samsung 840 - ₹ 6995
Optical: 22X Samsung DVD Burner -₹ 1040
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 760 - ₹ 21590
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - ₹ 6260

Total: ₹ 91115 (USD $1479.51)

Use the difference (₹ 10000) for whatever monitor, keyboard, and mouse you want.

Thanks for the Info
but what if I get an AMD FX 8350 and save Rs3000 and get an hd 7970 by cutting the money spent on the Win 7 and the SSD and the mobo by replacing it with ASUS M5A97 R2.0...then getting Benq RL 2440hm and a good gaming mouse and Keyboard and gamepad for 7000.......??
