High end components on a big case and with a hefty and reliable PSU to power whatever you throw at it.

Do you need monitor? Keyborad? Mouse? Windows?

Or is this 1500 $ just for case and parts inside case? :)

So did put one build together. If you like chace something , just let us know. Then we can here make some adjustment for parts. :)

i like the builds Im seeing i just want to say its all for the parts no monitor that separate price i would also like to say i would like something with the availability of having integrated wifi because my family prefers me to use that as to how far i am from my modem i would also like to ask to make sure if this well bottle neck anything like a gtx 780 or like you said the upcoming 780 ti which i plan on getting with my money saved for it

You can buy wifi card to this mobo. This is good.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/tp-link-wireless-network-card-tlwdn4800

Gigabyte do have good one too.
http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GC-WB300D-Exclusive-Bluetooth-Motherboard/dp/B0081Y0Y4E

Asus PRO is good mobo with wifi + bluetooth.

I think you be fine with this build. If you want more lets say better upgrade able build. Then we build 2011 X-79 build like this.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor ($304.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 ATX LGA2011 Motherboard ($232.88 @ Amazon)
Total: $537.87
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
(Generated by PCPartPicker 2013-10-23 14:43 EDT-0400)

Then you need 4 memory sticks. But build can be just same (other parts)
But with X-79 build is good to have 6 core cpu. I have 3930k but new 4930k is new and better.
Then maybe this is good buy.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80633i74930k

780 is good. You can buy now that GTX 780 AMP Zotac. That is one fast card.

Look this. http://hexus.net/tech/reviews/graphics/59857-zotac-geforce-gtx-780-amp-edition-updated/

Amazing fast card for now. 780 Ti? Maybe good to wait.. But you really need to buy fastest Ti to beat this :)

I know the high end Ivy Bridge-E processors are better for video editing, but as OP only mentioned "light" video editing and "heavy" gaming, then Haswell is the better option. Also, I don't think the i7-4820k will outperform the i7-4770k, if anything, by a slim margin that will not cover the price difference on the platform. Of course the hexa-core ones are another story but are on another price range.

4820 is maybe better for OC. 3820 was really good for OC,
Normal OC was about 4.7-4.8GHz and good one did go over 5
I did buy my 3930k same price new 4770k do have.
Stable with 4.8Ghz. I think this is really good with budget build.
MoBo is X-79 UD3 Maybe I need to get better mobo to hit over 5.0GHz.
Intel did say that 4930k is better for OC. Not sure of this.

Sure for OP is better maybe stay with 4770k but if he get more video editing going.. Then 4770k is not anymore good for that. But maybe is maybe.. Best is that know all choices out there :)

Butsure looks like good solid build for me :)

Keep in mine i will probably sli two gtx 780 or 780 ti
Just to throw it in there my total price range foreverything is about $2800 but $1500-1700 just on the machine it self

Are you sure u want to pay 400$ of mobo? If you can get as good 150$ price? Samsung EVO is not good SSD . It do have cheap memory controller NAND chip or something like that. Get Smansung PRO or Sandisk ultra plus. Seagate barracuda is much cheaper amd good.
3Tb is much better buy. Corsair memory is expensive too.

Id build bit cheaper and add custom loop for this.
For custom loop you need just Radiator, Pump, Res,Fittings,Tube and water additives and maybe kill coil is good to have.

But how this looks?

Look case review here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DklUlve_C4Y

Other cool case for water cooling are Corsair 900D
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TFou20hvmA

And Phanteks is awesome new case.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWsPYTDEmHQ

I'm kind thinking getting this Phanteks case. Now I have Enermax Fullmo GT. I have 560mm rad top of my case. Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra can do this too.
http://www.anandtech.com/show/6854/rosewill-blackhawk-ultra-case-review-were-it-not-for-competition

Not bad case for air cooling. But Id do window side to this and put large rad top of this case.

This PSU is now cheap. After tomorrow price is 170$
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/rosewill-power-supply-lightning1000

Now Phanteks Enthoo Series Primo is on Newegg.
