I am confident it is coming from the CPU fan. However, my temperatures are more than fine and have experienced no stability issues on this new build that is roughly a week old.

CPU is a FX8350 with stock heatsink.
Motherboard is MSI 970a-g46
PSU is a XFX 750W gold certified (not sure on exact details)

The noise isn't extra loud but i can hear it through my case fan noises for sure. Is there anything to worry about? Any BIOS settings I should change? Again, the temperatures of the CPU itself are fine - around 20 idle and 40 on stress.

Solution
Open up your case, and make sure that no wires are near the CPU fan. If you did cable management, it should be fine. If there are no wires stuck, than no, just keep an eye on it in case it dies.

OP didn't ask for a new CPU fan.

Calm yourself, I am just suggesting an idea.

Sorry. Just felt like it was a bit off topic. Especially if it is cable management than it would do nothing.
