Your power source may be the problem. How many Watts do you have?

I have a F01004 Seasonic SS-350TGM 350W PFC 80PLUS Gold Power Supply, i know the card apparently requires '400w' but i was told because the card draws its power from the pci and i got told "the GTX650 has a very low TDP of only 64W" and also i was told the psu will be more than enough for this card.

well when you first start and run games it requires the whole 400w, it probably idles at 64w.. but i would recommend a new fan
