The image uploaded to imgur says it all.
This happened immediately after the windows 8.1 install. Both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are affected.
Was working before hand.
Computer version of fallout 3 w/ all DLC. i7, 16gb ram, SSD... very capable system.
When taking in game screenshots with steam, the images are saved perfectly fine. When I use windows print screen function, the images showup as the hosted image shows. Double vision with one vision being the red spectrum as it shows. I have uploaded the community version update 1.5 from nexus mod.
Has anyone seen this before? Ideas? Thanks.
I've been in the menu system left and right, I don't see an option for it. I don't think any of the fallout games have ever had the option.
The title screen had a different color variant to it, like it's more red as well. The text does not distort. Just the images in game.
Compatibility mode, administrative privileges, and restarting the machine all don't work.
Reinstalling the game into steam also doesn't fix the video issue.

Looks like the option for 3D is on. Check and see if there's a way to turn it off.
