That motherboard is perfectly fine. it is cheep and cheerful, just bear in mind that if you ever consider upgrading to an i5 or i7 then definitely DON'T OVERCLOCK. this board is z68, therefore overclockable if you have a i5 3570k or i7 3770k or the 2nd gen equivalent. But this mobo is Rev 1.0 therefore it isn't thick like most z68 and z77 boards, it is quite thin and cannot handle heat properly so dont overclock. Other than that it is perfectly fine. :)
