i wanna upgrade my cpu in my m2n32 sli deluxe mobo, i wanna know how big i can go in terms of wattage, ghz and cores the socke

Although I say upgrade the platform here is the CPU support list http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M2N32SLI_DeluxeWireless_Edition/#support Looks some slower PhenomII X4 or Athlon II X4 is best you can do.

The best cpu that fits the mobo would be Phenom IIX4 945
but good luck finding one. Newegg and amazon are out of stock on new CPU'S. Also you wil need to upgrade your BIOS before doing so and to support the cpu above, BIOS 5001 is beta and you loose your onboard LAN.

If it's not your main computer or you have money to upgrade, I recommend getting a fx cpu, + new mobo and ram.
