Ok, so I plan to build my first PC. It will be primarily for gaming, but also media and possibly editing. I have a pretty tight budget but I haven't decided everything yet. I was wondering if you could confirm that these would work together so far:-

Case - Rosewill Challenger
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z87-HD3
RAM - 8GB Kit (4GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-14900 memory module

Also, I was wondering if you could recommend a processor and graphics card.

Thanks in advance for any and all help I get.

Well the cost so far is just under £200/$325 and I was thinking I'd spend around £300-400/$485-650.

Hope that helps. Thanks for replying.

Thanks for the help, I'll probably go with those, found a couple better deals elsewhere.
One more thing, I read that SATA is what connects the hard drive to the computer, so is this (Seagate Barracuda 3.5 inch 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB 6GB/S Internal SATA Drive) an actual hard drive or just that connection part? I think it is the real thing, but I'd better be sure.

Thanks again.
