HELP: BIOS & WINDOWS only sees 4GB installed, out of 8GB

Hey Guys!
I really hope you can help me, I just installed a new motherboard and when i updated the bios, all of a sudden my BIOS & Windows can only see 4 out 8 GB ram, AND i can't use integrated graphics, and the bios cant find it aswell, so i cant use virtu lucid.
I've already tried to re-flash bios, and clear cmos. and flash bios to an older version.. and i cant figure it out :( 

my specs:
windows 7 ultimate 64bit
mobo: p8z68v-pro
cpu: i7 2600k
ram: 4x2GB
graphicscard: 7850HD AMD

Really hope you guys can help, but thx anyways

Have you made sure the RAM sticks are completely installed? If the BIOS isn't seeing the full 8 GB, that doesn't seem like a software problem.

Hey casey, i've tried that aswell. And through speccy and cpuz it can detect 8gb but not on bios and windows.

When you installed the processor in the new motherboard, did you look carefully at the socket's pins? Contact issues between the socket and processor have been known to cause issues like this for some reason.

I actually just reinstalled my cpu for som hours ago, and i just looked to see if there were any pins that were bent, but i'll try to look again, maybe i didnt look properly

Have you tried swapping the sticks? Put the undetected stick in the known working stick's DIMM and eliminate the known working stick? Also were they working before you did the BIOS update?
