I'm building a PC for some friends - they're looking for something fast for general purpose use, and some light gaming, but for around £400.

Here's what I've chosen:

CPU - Intel I5 3570K

Case - Cooler Master K380

For the time being I think they'll be fine using the HD 4000 graphics on the 3570K, so I've left out a graphics card - they can always buy one at a later date if they need it.

I doubt they'll ever overclock (and if they do it'll be me doing it) so I left out an aftermarket cooler, but the 3570K is a beast and it's always nice to know there's the option to overclock at a later date.

For a HDD, I was thinking something cheap like this:

They won't need much storage, but I doubt this is a very reliable drive.

If anyone could suggest anything better, or point out any issues I've overlooked it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
