If you want to OC the 8350 don't either one, you need at least amd 970 chipset MB. like ( it is not the best one) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157364

If you don't OC then get the ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3.

Is there any AMD micro ATX motherboards that I can use to OC the 8350?
  5. you already picked your best solution so open new thread for any question.
  6. Yes, you are really get me a hard time, unfortunately there is not good micro ATX MB for OCing the FX8350.
Because you use the Bitfenix then you maybe take other cpu like FX6350 or 6300 with the micro ATX MB.
Also I add the link for "build water cooling into a mini-ITX gaming PC", it is good article. Check it out. http://us.hardware.info/reviews/3394/workshop-build-water-cooling-into-a-mini-itx-gaming-pc
