my pc parts:
Intel Core i5-2500
Intel Buffalo Flat DP67BA
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
KINGMAX SSD 60GB
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Ok, so i've built my pc 3 years ago and just recently upgraded my videocard because i thought it could be the reason behind the stuttering in games. I've read all similar forum questions, but had no progress. Before i've reinstalled windows- no progress neither. I've monitored my cpu and gpu temperatures while the spikes appeared- nothing special (50c-55 c was maximum). The main game i have troubles with is bf3, with render.perfoverlayvisible it showed huge spikes on CPU graph like 5-10 times a minute, gpu load was dropping in msi afterburner. Then i tryed to transfer the game to another hdd - i've seen some progress , but then it reappears again and is gone just when i close all applications in the background, like literally all. So the question is- what do u think is causing this spikes for me? Is it memory? memory peaks at 90-92% when it stutters, never it is 100%

remove your video card from slot and then reinstall it. Download latest WHQL Drivers from nvidia and install. If possible upgrade to Windows 8 cos some guys reported having problem in fps on win 7

so i guess i figured this one out... I had 4 sound devices installed and working at the same time :logitech g930, 2 nvidia high def audio and realtek audio. I disabled 3 of them leaving only logitech working and stutters almost completely gone... i have no idea how this works, but it does. Posting this just so maybe for someone else this solution works too
