The right Motherboard?

Ok, I have decided to get the AMD FX 9370 instead. So it requires a 990FX motherboard. How would a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 hold up? And remember, my budget is around 150 because I only have enough money for a decent board, the processor and power supply.

Dont you think that 9370 is not a logical choice, it is too expensive, see if it's worth the price difference... http://cpuboss.com/cpus/AMD-FX-9370-vs-AMD-FX-8350...instead you can get an 8350 + m5a99fx pro+ and overclock to 4.5 then here you go, it is fx 9370...still wanna buy that cpu!?

that's exactly the mobo i got for my fx 8350...this mobo is a champion for its price range... i overclocked my fx 8350 to 4.4 ghz on air on this mobo...if you add up a decent cooler you can easily beat 4.7-5ghz
