Here are the minimum requirements for CoD Ghosts:

Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ / AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHZ or better
RAM: 6 GB RAM
HDD: 50 GB HD space
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti / ATI Radeon HD 5870 or better
Sound: DirectX Compatible Sound Card
DirectX: 11
Internet: Broadband connection and service required for Multiplayer Connectivity. Internet connection required for activation.

I'd say you will get good FPS at ultra settings with your system.

The game isn't out yet, so even a rough estimate isn't going to be that accurate. But here's what I'm guessing: If CoD Ghosts is meant to at least run at 60 fps at 1280x720 on hardware equivalent to a Radeon HD 7790, then it should run great on your GTX 660 Ti. I don't know how CPU intensive it'll be, but CoD is never CPU intensive in the first place, but still, the next gen of consoles is using an 8 core CPU and you're using a 6 core. It probably won't make a big difference (if any at all), but it's worth pointing out. So it's safe to say it'll run at 60 fps on some of the higher settings, if not the max settings.

Hello.
Since we don't have anything about it apart from some minimum and one recommended system speccs:
Minimum System Requirements

OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHZ / AMD Phenom X3 8750 2.4 GHZ or better
RAM: 6 GB RAM

DirectX: 11
Internet: Broadband connection and service required for Multiplayer Connectivity. Internet connection required for activation.

Recommended System Requirements

Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

And this is not final according to Activision.

So if it runs like previous COD: Black Ops 2, then you should have no prob at max settings for 60FPS both for your CPU and your GPU.

Just wait 10 days. Benchmarks will be out and we will know for sure :).

Woah, is that a joke? Recommended a GTX 780? That's absolute bull. There will be plenty of GPUs way below a GTX 780 that could max out CoD at 1920x1080 at 60 fps.

Well this isn't new to the video game industry, isnt it?
I really don't know to be honest since CoD was always a light game (til CoD: Black Ops 2 at least which wanted at least a GTX650ti boost or a 7850 in order to max)
But time is flowing like a river and Activision is jealus of EA's frostbite graphics so I guess we will have an update in their graphics, in order to match EA's BF4 (I highly doubt)...

edit: source
edit2: here too
edit3: here too :p

That's true, but 8 very weak cores :D

Also, whoever made up those fake requirements really has alot of time on their hands lols

Just cause it says minimum doesn't mean that's all you can do is minimum, in my experience I played cry sis 3 on an alienware m14x and it was a mid range configuration resolution 1366x768 1xaa maxed out settings and fps were 40+ I had a great experience playing that game pretty stable throughout. Just enjoy what you have and remember opinions are like door knobs everybody has one!
