Do you plan to overclock? If so, I suggest an aftermarket CPU cooler. And do you already have a case?

As for the RAM, I suggest low profile RAM without the tall heat spreaders. DDR3 RAM runs fairly cool so there's really no need for them.

well, they're good parts for sure, besides the MSI board, i hear lots of nasty things about those...swap that out and you'll be golden.

The Asus M5A97 R2.0 is what i would suggest, i have one and it's awesome build quality, and has the support/warranty to back it.
