Hi,
My name is Yaz, I have a system that I built recently for editing my assignments for University. Unfortunately sometimes my computer decides to be unresponsive and blue screen. I know its a memory problem as i have tried everything else, and everything seems healthy. Also the bs states a memory problem and i did a memory test and it also states the same issue. The ram that i am using is brand new, and i have currently x2 8GB installed. I have tried using the pc with a single 8gb ram card with both cards and the problem still occurs. I think it could be that my prosessor has to be overclocked to be compatible with DDR3 1866 ram but unsure. Any help would be great. Thanks. My specs are below:

Corsair Vengeance x2 8GB DDR3 1866
Asrock 970 Extreme 4
2TB WD sata3 7200rpm HDD
AMD FX FX 8350 4.0/4.2 GHz

Thanks.

Did you check if the RAM is compatible with your motherboard in the manual? There will be a list of compatible RAM in your motherboard manual and if your RAM isn't on there, that's most likely the problem.
