Hi, I'm building my PC with the following configuration

MB : ASUS Z87-DELUXE/DUAL DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 Motherboard
CPU : Intel Core i7-4770K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.5 GHZ 8 MB Cache BX80646I74770K
Memory : Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1866 MHz (PC3 15000) Desktop
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 770 GDDR5-4GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC WINDFORCE 3X Graphics Card GV-N770OC-4GD
Power supply : Corsair Professional Series 860 Watt Digital ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Platinum Power Supply AX860i
SSD : Samsung MZ-7TD250BW 840 Series Solid State Drive (SSD) 250 GB Sata 2.5-Inch
HDD : Western Digital WD1002FAEX Caviar Black 1 TB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Cache Internal Desktop 3.5" Hard Drive
Monitor : Asus MX239H, 23-Inch Full HD AH-IPS LED-backlit and Frameless Monitor

However I have a big issue when I power up everthing I don't have any video output from HDMI ports (neither from the motherboard nor the graphic card port). I built several PCs previously but I don't know what to do if I can't access the BIOS.

There are Q-code LEDs on the MB, they are always at 00 (which means 'not used'). All the POST state leds are off (DRAM_LED, CPU_LED, VGA_LED and BOOT_DEVICE_LED).

Obviously I double checked the power and data cables (including the HDMI cable).

So right now, I trying to get something on my screen other than 'no signal'. If you heard of similar problems or have any advice/idea, I will glad to hear.

Thank you.

Hi, It might be something wrong with the CPU installation, or maybe not getting power. Is the CPU fan spinning when starting the board? Is there a backplate for the CPU fan installed, that might short the board?
I suggest taking the board outside the case, reseating the CPU and checking the socket for bent pins. If OK, clean the old and reapply new thermal paste, install the stock CPU fan and start the board. See if still 00.
