Currently parts I have:

I also don't know if my old monitor will support the upgrade, and maybe I'll have to buy a good HDTV or monitor, which one would you recommend?, thanks in advance!.

My current monitor:

Solution
CPU: Probably a Core i5-4570 or 4670. Get the K variant if you want to overclock. Around $200.
GPU: R9-270x or GTX 760 probably. Around $200-$250.
Hard drive. You could go with a 1TB+ 5400 rpm drive to save money and use for storage with a small, fast SSD for OS and possibly one game. Lots of options here honestly.

As for the monitor, a decent 1080p display with LED backlight can be had for $150 or less on sale.

Thank you guys for your help!.

I have a Seagate barracuda 320GB 7.200.9 Hard Drive, it's from my old computer (have all my documents there) and I want to be sure if it will work with my Gygabyte GA-z87-HD3 motherboard (SATA III), the Seagate barracuda 320GB 7.200.9 Hard Drive is SATA II I believe Manual: http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/manuals/sata/100390001c.pdf

So, It's ok if I put it on my build, I want to see how fast it gets with my new build.

I bought a i5 4670k cpu and the heatsink have this gray thing on the center.

Is that thermal paste?, if it is, it's ok if I install it or do I have to buy another heatsink and thermal paste?
