You plugged in the 6-pin PCI Express power connector at the back of the card?

Assuming you moved the monitor cable to the video card's outputs from the motherboard outputs (not trying to offend you by asking these obvious questions, just want to make sure it isn't something simple), the card may be DOA. Do you have access to another computer to try it out in?

DOA means Dead on Arrival. It happens every once in a while.

What happens if you plug the monitor cable back into the motherboard outputs? The integrated video should disable itself when you install a video card, but I've seen computers do too many strange things to assume it has.

yes I tried it already and when I plugged I back to the motherboard when the card was still installed and it didn't bring up any image either.

I don't get any image either from the mother board intergraded graphics or my card

Yeah, I think the video card is dead. The motherboard is seeing the card installed and disabling the integrated video like it should, but the card isn't putting out a signal. There's not much you can do except contact the seller.

can my power supply be the problem to such issue?

Possibly. That was actually part of why I asked if you could try the video card in another computer. If it worked in the other computer, it's something in your computer. If the card didn't work, it's safe to say the card's dead.

Usually, if there's a problem with the power supply, though, the computer will either not turn on at all, or will turn off under heavy load.
