Can't Boot Windows After Installing/Removing Linux

I tried to put Fedora 19 on a new Toshiba Satellite P55-A5312 laptop that was running Windows 8. My original intention was to dual boot, like I did with Windows 7. After much consternation at discovering this wasn't not going to happen, at least not easily, I inserted my Windows System Repair Disc and attempted Automatic Fix, System Image Restore, and System Reset.

The Automatic Fix came back with an error, saying it couldn't be diagnosed.
The System Image Restore said something was wrong with the external hard drive on which my system image was saved, EVEN AFTER I HAD TESTED IT BEFORE EVER INSTALLING LINUX.
The System Reset ostensibly wiped everything from the hard drive, reformatted and reinstalled Windows 8. I didn't see it finish, because it took three hours and I had other things to do.

Now, upon booting I get a "Checking Media Presence...... No Media Present...... Reboot and select proper boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."

I've check the Boot order in the BIOS settings to make sure it boots from the HDD first, but this is all I get. I'm at wit's end. Please help.

I got it fixed. The problem was with the partition sizes not being the same as they were when I created the Restore Image. Once I resized the partitions to their original sizes with GParted Live CD, I was able to use System Image Restore. Others might want to take note of that as it's not worth the headache or hours spent on hold for tech support with Microsoft or their PC's manufacturer.
