AMD Engine Vision Center wont work since 8.1

Hey guys,

So since updating to Windows 8.1, I get this error message:
"AMD VISION Engine Control Center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD VISION Engine Control Center."

So I downloaded the driver auto-detect tool from AMD, that didn't do anything. Then I downloaded the Catalyst Mobility Utility, and that just says:
"AMD Catalyst Mobility cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on your computer. The version of your graphics adapter is not supported."

It was working before the update, I have a Samsung Series 5 NP535U4C-S02CA with an A8-4555M APU and AMD Radeon™ HD 7600 G + 7550 M Dual Graphics.

Please help, I play around a lot with my dual graphics and this won't let me anymore :(

I would suggest going to AMD.com and downloading the latest version of the driver and reinstalling it. That should fix it as I have no issues with it in 8.1 but I did a clean install of 8.1.

Download the AMD Mobility tool and run it to make sure you can use AMDs drivers. If not you will have to go through Samsung in order to get the proper driver.

I tried that and it wouldn't work several times. Then I tried again and suddenly it decided it was okay with it just now... Oh well. Thanks !

just follwo jimmysmitty's advise. After reinstalling the AMD on your computer, go to the advanced settings within the AMD program and use the scaling to make your dekstop fit the screen
