So basically I want it for gaming, I want it for a budget build, however, I have seen people saying they have had to go into the bios to alter settings and change up ram settings this and that and I'm honestly no condmifedent with that area of computing. I don't understand bio overclocking or mobo specs. However, I have no clue which one of these boards to get:

I purchased the GIGABYTE 970 awhile back for my first AMD system. I wanted everything to max and Newegg made the blue PCB for their graphics cards and motherboards. SO!.. The motherboard did automatically detect my memory speed at 1600MHz which wasn't bad. I tried running higher memory at one point and I had to manually adjust the memory speeds. Honestly settings the speeds is very simple as long as you know what they are!

What if I don't know my speeds? Also what do you mean you added more memory, did you add more sticks if ram? I am confused as, if I get 2x4gb ram sticks at 1600mhz, and then and another 4gb at 1600mhz how would it work? I seriously am so confused I want to scream :(

Sorry about the confusion. I actually upgraded my memory from 1600MMHz to 2133MHz. The timings are listed on the memory itself or its packaging. They are listed like this.. 9-9-9-32. These timings can be adjusted under the memory settings in the BIOS.. I will try and find a link. But honestly I do not think that you will have an issue with adjusting the timings. If you were to add another 2 sticks of memory that are the same speed and timings as the first set you would not have to make any changes.

You are not overclocking your memory. Just ignore the name here.. This guide will help you ever so slightly.
