my current build is:
APEX Vortex 3620 case
CORSAIR CX600 600W Power Supply
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 FM2 Motherboard
AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz (4.2GHz Turbo) cpu
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) Ram
Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive
SAMSUNG DVD Burner SATA Model SH-224BB
Corsair h50 CPU cooler
I understand my CPU is causing a bottleneck. I am looking for a new CPU and a motherboard that would go good with this build. I would just like to get max frames out of my graphics card while playing games such as BF4. I also would not like to overclock. Also when I put in a new motherboard and cpu do I lose anything on my hard drive and do I have to completely wipe my hard drive or can I keep everything on there? I was looking at the Intel i5 3570k proccesor (but if a cheaper proccesor works with this graphics card thats good too) but idk what motheboard to get. Also does anyone recommend any good cases $100 and under? Thanks guys

Update: I am looking at an AMD fx-8350. Does anyone know a good motherboard for it? Possibly under $120?
