I already own a powercolor myst 7870 LE. As I am sure most of you know this isn't a regular pictarin 7870 as it is a 1,536 shader tahiti core. Newegg has them for $139 right now. That is 7970 crushing speed for only $150 after shipping. I know it will be loud, hot and thirsty but damn it will be fast for the money ! What do you guys think, pull the trigger on this or get something like the R9-290/X down the line ?

your best bet would be crossfiring your 7870 le would net you alot more performance then the 7970! but that 7970 is really cheap! i would buy 2 at that price! :D

A CX 750w should do the job eh ? PSU calculator didn't have 7870 LE's so I just used 7950's and it said 520w suggested, seems kind of low.

Yeah just a lot louder, hotter and more power hungry lol but then again it is a $150 ($400 total) additional investment not $1,000 like the titan so sacrifices must be made. I was pretty sure I wanted to writing this thread I just needed a lil push. It's just too much go fast for the money to say no to. Plus I live in MN and winter is coming so my rig will double as a space heater lol. Thanks man.
