Maybe 75$ but I'm broke as fvck so even that's cutting it lol...

Anyways, I'm just using my dad's...prebuilt Dell haha...It's an Optiplex 3010...supports DDR3-1600MHz speeds...up to 8 GBs. We have 4 @1333Mhz...

Do you think it's more worth it to get 8@1600MHZ or 4@1333MHz...It has two slots so i could just get another 4 to fit in there or get 2x4 1600MHzm but I don't really know too much about RAM, like power usage or whatever "dual-channel" is...i mean i know clock speed and how to put it in lmao but that's about it...Thx

Mostly I play games on this thing but say like Word or Firefox hopefully would benefit too...Also until I upgrade my PSU I have integrated sorry

I'm not sure how much of a difference going from 1333mhz to 1600mhz would make, honestly. And you won't be able to find 8gb for $50 unless it's used or a real no-name brand.

And if you did get another 4gb but at 1600mhz, those new sticks would be underclocked by the motherboard to run at 1333, gaining you nothing.
