Btw do parts go on sale on black friday/cyber monday?
If they do can you put that into consideration

That's a tight budget, especially if you need to buy windows.

I'm going to assume you need windows but have a monitor, keyboard etc. If you don't have these things, you're probably going to need to up your budget.
