I would go with an AMD X4 750k and a Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-D3H motherboard. That processor you listed is decent but kinda old at this point. The 750k is a cheap quadcore which will help as games start to use more threads.

Also, that power supply has got to go. Try to find a nice Corsair, Seasonic, or XFX to fit your budget. The Seasonic SII12 520w is a good choice.

I understand you want all your budget going to your GPU, but resist that urge!

1. Do not cheap-out on your PSU. I've made this mistake before, and it ended up damaging my components. Get a Corsair or Seasonic. You can find a 500w for $40-60.
2. Your CPU will surely bottleneck your GPU! Basically, your game's frame rate will be negatively affected by your CPU, as it is too weak, and the money you spent on your high-end GPU will be wasted. If you don't understand what a bottle neck is, Google it.
3. Although this one may be a little subjective, buy a nVidia GPU! Drivers, drivers, drivers! Although AMD may appear impressive in benchmarks, nVidia offers better preformance visually. Features such as TXAA, GPU Boost 2.0, PhysX, FXAA, and Adaptive Vertical Sync place it far ahead of AMD. If your budget allows, go with the 760.
4. You, of course, can go with an HDD. But you're missing out if you do. SSDs are just about the best thing ever to hit PC hardware since multi-core processors. If I were you, I'd save up a few weeks more and get one. Unless you don't want instantaneous load times and sub-ten second boot times. If I could make a sugestion, I would recommend the Samsung 840 EVO 120Gb for $99. Samsung makes the best SSDs in the business, don't let anyone tell you otherwise! I'm rocking a 250Gb EVO and I boot in 6 seconds.

Well, hope I could help! Like I said, do not cheap out on components!
