Hello everhelpful forum users, I've ran into a "bit" of an issue with my machine. Earlier today I was trying to find a way to disable Intergrated Graphics ( to make my CPU squeeze out the little performance it has) and was looking around Device Manager in Windiws 7. I saw a device named Intel HD Graphics, and so I disabled it. And my screen instantly turns black, cant see the BIOS boot, spamming F8 (which other articles suggested) had no effect. So I'm completely stumped and my PC is bricked. Any help would be insanely appreciated. ( the PC I speak of is the ever so shotty Alienware X51, which I was directed to by a friend when switching from console 10 months ago, and am stuck with until I build my new PC in the upcoming months. ) Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully help me out

Solution
All you need to do is reset the BIOS.

Disconnect all power soures (power cable, monitor, powered speakers).
Press the power button to discharge any residual power in the system.
Open the case, and locate the battery on your motherboard.
Pop the battery out. What 1 minute. Put the battery back in the slot.
Put the case back on and reconnect everything.
Power on.

Your BIOS should be in a default state with the integrated video working again.

Good luck!

Thanks so much man, worked first try. Only thing I had to do was fiddle around with the BIOS again ( My HDD didn't get along well with my MOBO ) and it works good as new!
