Hey guys! I have 700$ to spend, I want the highest quality gaming pc i can get.

Thanks, I actually had almost the same build, on amazon for i think just under 700$ and with a little bit better Gpu, sapphire Hd 7870 Ghz Over Clocked

for 700 including OS and Monitor this is the best i can do. I would suggest you look into increasing your budget. 200 more will make your desire of BF4 on high a reality. But for this budget it isn't going to happen.

you'll be able to play all these titles on medium at 1080p... you won't be able to do much more then that with this build.

-7870 XT. The XT version is a broken down 7950 based on the Tahiti architecture. It's closer to the 7950 than the 7870.
