I want to build a tower that can support dual monitors, is good for gaming plus working from home, (software developer). What parts should I buy and from where? My budget is 900, but all ready have the monitors, keyboard, mouse, or speakers, so don't need to be included.

This is bit over 900 but drop SSD away if that price is too much.
