After talking to tech support, getting a new router, tweaking with settings, and endless rage, I have no idea what to do. I have 20mbps down and 2 up. When I'm browsing though webpages, sometimes I have to wait 5-10 seconds for something to load. Click on newegg.. Wait... Wait.. Wait.. What puzzles me is that when I'm downloading something, like a torrent, speeds are fantastic. When I check my download speed on speedtest also, right on par. Has anyone ever had a problem like this? And yes, it consistent on multiple computers, not just the one.

Have you tried on different browsers like Chrome, Fire fox, Opera, etc..

The fault might lie in the browser.

Highly unlikely but if u r still using the PC that is more then 10years old. It might be due to ur system.

Any type of download doesn't require much of CPU or GPU power where else for the webpages, ur system have to process the info before it show on the screen. Though the load seems very very small and light for the current systems, it might be taxing for the older systems.
