Would this break my motherboard?

also I want to plug this CPU cooler onto it

Whenever I've seen these used they worked fine.
There should be two separate plugs for the splitter and the CPU cooler.

What im saying is I would have to plug these into one another so it would have 3 fans and the CPU cooler plugged into one 4 pin socket.
