Mobo takes DDR3, and up to 2x8GB 2133, APUs love fast DRAM so might look at 2x4GB (for 8GB) or 2x8GB( for 16GB total) - with the combo you have would suggest looking at the GSkill Snipers in 1866/9 or 2133/9
But I have windows 7 32 bit
There is a quick and easy patch which allows 32 bit to see over 4GB. I did it on my laptop and it was fine, some time ago so I don't have the details, but a quick google should find it. 32 bit does not limit to 4GB, it's an artificial limit set by M$.

If you already have 4GB, then what? What do you do with your rig? A basic computer from a store these days comes with Win 64 and generally a min of 6GB and average around 8GB
