How to overclock intel i5 2500k on a z77x-ud3h mobo?

This will be my first time trying to oc a cpu. I was wondering if someone would be able to help me out with step by step instructions. Looking to get around 4.5 out of it.

cpu: i5-2500k with Noctua NH-D14 cooler
mobo: gigabyte z77x-ud3h

so is it better to increase the turbo boost multiplier or the core multiplier? what would i need to set the Vcore at for 4.5? if just up the core multiplier would it be necessary to mess with any of the turbo ratios or turbo power limits?
