I want to buy one of these things because i have heard that it is great but how can it a old movie or even a bad pixalated movie look good let say i download a movie that looks stinky how can it work good? help please links details anything

The blu-ray drive will only have an effect on movies that you have on a disc. Not only that, the playback quality depends not on the drive, but the video quality of the video on the disc itself. If a pixelated movie was put on a blu-ray, the movie will still be pixelated when played back.
